SRM Organization plan Query

Hi

I am new to SAP SRM and have some queries

When I am trying to maintain attributes and defining logical source system, so using F4 option system is not showing me any values even though I am giving source system. I am able to maintain attributes value but not able to see as what is their exact mean from source system.

Also when trying to select "Locations" in extended attributes, I am not getting option for my logical system while I am getting this logical system at all other places, do I need to maintain it somewhere else or I am missing something.

Hi,

The source systems will be displayed as dropdown for selection and they are from technical basic settings - Define system landscape. Maintaining locations in extended attributes first you have to replicate all the plants to SRM and then you have to manually key in the Plant number of the selected source system and click on enter .

I can maintain manual values here but when I am trying to find value from backend system except company code no value like cost center, plant, product category appearing there

Hello Pankaj,

Did you check the comm_category table for product category and BBP_LOCMAP table for Location. also check the config setting in SPRO (Define System Landscape).

You need to maintain RFC Dialog . Else you wont get values in the F4 Option.

I checked RFC connections and they seems to be working fine and I am able to log in remotely. It is when I am trying to enter cost center in attributes I am getting a message as "

Display not possible (inconsistency in the input help)

and when entering product categories, no value is appearing for product category.
