Dear experts,
I am settingup a SRM Org.strucuture by replicating from HR. We are implementing SRM 7.0 & Extended classic scenario.
P.organization is at company level.
We have got a requirement, where certain users positions in SRM Org.strucures under different divisions (Not in P.groups) needs cross company code purchasing authorization.
Can some one help how to fill this requirement, if I add multiple company codes to user when a user selects different company code the how system will identify the P.grop and relevant P.Org?
Help in this regard will be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
Krish

Hi,
Let say you have one user1 under Dept1 & you want user1 to have cross company pursuing rights of Company 1. Company 1 has PurOrg1 & PurGroup1.
Then assign Org Unit ID of PurOrg1/PurGroup1 to Responsibility section of Dept1. Don’t forget to add both company codes in the BUK attribute of PurOrg1 & Dept1.
It should give corss company purchasing rights to User1.
