SRM NW 7.02 SP9 Browser Compatibility

Hello Everyone,

I was trying to find Browser compatibility for our SRM 7 upgrade on PAM (Product Availability Matrix) but i could not find about SRM NW 7.02 SP09...

Could anyone please help me to find out what browsers are supported? Our requirement is Safari, Opera & Firefox Browser.

Hi,

It is important to check the compatibility with the SRM_SERVER as well as the NW version, just because the NW version supports the browser does not mean it will be supported by SRM_SERVER, i.e. the SAP SRM 7.0 release supports only the browsers: IE version 5.5 - 9.0 on various platforms as well as Firefox 1.0 - 9.0 and Mozilla 1.7. But no support is available for the Opera or Safari Browser.

However, if you use the EHP1 release of SAP SRM 7.0 you can use the Safari versions 4, 5.0 and 5.1, however support for Mozilla is not available for EHP1.
