SRM New UI performance

Hi everyone,

When I click the detail information for a SC in new UI,it takes several minutes waiting for the page opening.

My browser is Firefox 28. and IE 9.0 face the same issue.

Steps for Reconstruction

1. Click "My carts"

2. select one shopping cart and click "more detail" button

3. Page keep running...and several minutes later then open (about 15 minutes)

Please suggest how to improve  the UI performance  .

Hi Jesse,

Please check the Gateway metadata cache is active or not, if not then please activate the cache.

The last section (Controlling the Metadata cache) tells about activating and de-activating metadata cache.

With Gateway SP09, a new feature 'soft-state' has been introduced. The softstate has been delivered as part of SP05 of SRM UI Addon so you can activate the softstate as per gateway guidelines.
