SRM MDM UI configuration issue - White screen -Urgent

Hi All,

Recently in SRM MDM UI configuration, I have exported XML file and made some changes and imported the XML file. After this step when i try to login to SRM MDM UI and click on connect I am getting white blank screen..

I am unable to login to SRM MDM catalog or even to transport configuration. It just gives me a white screen.

Can some help me on this. it is a production stop.

Could you please do connection test to see if there is any error?

Please also read the following note to see if it could solve your issue:

2187336 - Incorrect display after SRM-MDM UI deployment

Please also check if there is any error in the java defaulttrace when the issue is reproduced.
