SRM MDM Cart preview Price Information incorrect

Hello All,

Could anyone advise how to resolve the following?

We are using SRM7.0 / MDM 3.0 / Portal

We have set up a Catalog using MDM and the "Cart preview" radio button is set in the MDM UI .

If we select an Item with a Qty of 1 everything works OK.

If we select an item with a Qty of eg 20 where pricing scales have been created everything works OK.

However, for items where there are no pricing scales, if we select an Item which costs £10 and request a qty of 2, then the Pricing Information in the Cart Preview shows £20 (instead of £10) and the Total Price shows as £40 (instead of £20). When we transfer the item to SRM the pricing information shows correctly in SRM.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi! There are several issues related to price information in the MDM cart preview.

Check e.g. SAP Notes 1427380 and 1538284

You probably need to upgrade your SRM-MDM installation with higher SPs.
