Hi

When viewing transaction SM50 it shows the following report being run: SAPLPRC_INT

It is calling program RSM13000 and the user is WF_BATCH.

It appears that this report is bringing our system to a grinding halt until we end the process. However It is an intermittent problem .

Does anyone have any idea what this is and why it could be causing the system to stop.

HI,

This is a Pricing call, and the WF-BATCH user is just the Dialog user used to make the call and access the system. Please check how the prcing is being done in your system and ensure all configuration is correct.
