SRM issue - need help

Hi,

We have created a new training client for SRM 4.0 by copying from existing.

SRM system has a backend connectivity with ECC 6.0.

When I clicked on any application e.g. shopping cart wizard, on SRM EBP portal, then instead of opening the shopping cart wizard application, system opens the same screen within the screen.

I have checked the RFC connectivity, and its working fine.

Please let me know how can I fix the same.

Hello Sachin,

I think one of your logical web servers are incorrect ( TWPURLSVR table).

Maybe, you could also have a look at OSS note below:

1145305 - SRM menu does not work as expected.
