Hi
Our oCI outbound with Amazon is working fine but when we do the inbound OCI , system doesnot open the shopping cart details and just comes back to same page from where we clicked the catalog Link.
There is also no log in SLG1.
Any idea what we are missing

I recommend that you report this issue in an incident to SAP, because this can have several reasons like portal settings, old patch level, coding error, wrong handling of the HOOK_URL at catalog side etc.
When you create an incident, provide as much info about the scenario as you can (portal/NWBC, patch level, browser version, webservice definition, HTTP trace).
