SRM Inbox subject is showing Org not Description

Hi Experts,

In my SRM inbox , "Subject description" is showing only Org not the "Description".

Can anyone is able to guide me to fix this?

Hi Ram,

check your workitems description (transaction PFTC).

Workitems for certain user can be  found via transaction SWI5.
