SRM:In PPOMA transaction BP number not generated and HRALSYNCH program displaying error

Hi,

In PPOMA transaction for few user's, Business Partner is not assigned to the user(BP) but instead showing a green arrow symbol stating 'Reassigned object'.

Also in HRALSYNCH program when I try to correct the record getting the below error.

What needs to be done to have the BP number generated and correct the errors in HRALSYNCH program.
