SRM implemenatation with HANA

Hi Folks,

I will soon  be involved in a Greenfield implementation of an SRM project and need your tips on this.

1. What are the necessary settings to be made in SRM side for HANA

2., Any special config for HANA in SRM ?

3. Major differences between a HANA implemented or non HANA implementation

Difference for HANA and non HANA database is specifically the speed , optimization and Performance improvement.

The config remains the same nothing to be done but once  we had HANA implemented the other processes were comparatively slow like data flowing from vendor system and invoice reconciliation hence had to include a WAIT at many of your custom code

Also if you use BW then you need to activate in config some points to be able to take out reports and analytical data
