SRM:HOME tab not displaying shopping carts

Hi All,

In the SRM portal screen,on click of HOME tab I am not able to see the shopping cart list.

I have checked at user profile in SU01...it seems to be fine.

Please let me know how to enable the functionality where the list is getting displayed.

Hello,

This screen looks like the UWL (Universal worklist), where end user work items would be available (for approval).

Shopping carts created by this user should be visible in POWL, under Purchasing tab.

The POWL under HOME tab is not visible.what needs to be done to make it visible?

Hi Dinesh,

What are the roles assigned to the user ? Also, Can you check in PFCG for the role menu.

If you want to have add POWL as well into Home Tab, then you need to change the Role menu.

HI Dhinesh,

if issue is with UWL or workitems not visible in inbox check user roles

if issue with powl like SC not available in powl use report POWL_D06 for app id sapsrm_e_checkstatus and sapsrm_a_admin.
