SRM extractors and Tcodes to extract data in BW

I looking foe details related to SRM extractors

1. Tcode to create / enhance

2. How delta / full load is maintained. Tcode for same

3. As we dont have setup tabels functionality in SRM system then how historic data is loaded / delta initialization.
