When we call call the Transaktion BP in SRM Errors SYNTAX_ERROR

Syntax error in program "SAPLBUD0 ".

This basis error occurs when the source code is generated for creating

change documents. As a result, the generated include FBBUPCCDC contains

a syntax error, as does the including program SAPLBUD0. This include is

not generated properly. Please check whether the structure "XBUT000_TD"

is present in the include "FBBUPCDV". Most probably it should not be

present and that is the reason why you get this dump. So what I would

suggest is that you re-generate this particular include using the

transaction SCDO.
