SRM:Error in process at item status

Hi,

I am creating shopping cart(self service procurement) at item status I am getting error as 'Error in process' after the shopping cart has been approved.

No follow on document has been updated in the portal.But at back-end the PR has been created which we confirmed through an Email that was generated for that shopping cart.

Any idea what could be the reason for the error.

Hi Deepak,

Thanks.I have checked all the links.

Rz20 / bbp_sc_transfer / Monitor link at portal / slg1 - None of them showing any messages.

If there is an option to change the status at line item without creating another PR number.
