SRM Entry Sheet not reflected in Backend

Dear Gurús1.

I'm facing an issue in my SRM system.

In the portal Perspective, the Entry Sheet has been transferred correctly to Backend system and its status is 'Posted to Backend'.

When we validate the confirmation via BBP_PD, status I1019 is set to inactive.

As long as we do not have Access to production backend system, can not make further checks about it.

Have checked the content of BBP_DOCUMENT_TABLE and got not records for the Confirmation we are talking about.

When have tried to TRANSFER again, it has no effect. Nothing is changed.

Any ideas?.

THANK YOU very much in advance!.

Hi,

Although I1019 is not inactive, if it was once set active, it means some backend errors might have been returned. So are you able to see any errors in RZ20 regarding this confirmation?
Sometimes it might happen that the Confirmation doesn't get any error on portal but fails to be transferred to ECC due to some FI errors, because FI validation could not be performed in service confirmation creation. (KBA 2015376)

Hope this could be of some help to you.

Regards,
Wendy

Dear Wendy,

Thank you so much for your help!. I just found this message - had not seen it before!. jejeje. Sorry.

This is just helpful, but, still, have no clue about how should I proceed it with this.

I mean, we do not have Access to backend system. And we have checked that NO information is found in RZ20 related to the confirmation that fails.

Therefore, I'm not really sure how should I proceed.

Maybe I should try to TRANSFER the confirmation in BBP_PD again and, hopefully, it would be transferred to backend system.

Regarding to the FI information, I'm not able to check no information from our perspective. Maybe we should contact the backend system team

If you have any additional help or clue, feel free to let me know!

Kind Regards and THANK YOU SO MUCH in advance!.
