Hello Community,
One of our client's requirements is to hide the "EDIT" button (or make read-only) found in SAP SRM Personal settings.
This is accessed with the standard Employee role, under the SRM User Settings link.
We are using SRM 7.02 with Portal Independent Framework (NWBC).
I've already tried doing a security trace and removing some authorizations, which did nothing. I would like to leave the option of modifying the webdynpro as last resource. Please share if you have an easier way to do this.
Thanks!

Hello gilbertogallardo
first, check if metadata are relevant to hide EDIT button.
If not, use the Enhancement Spot WD_BADI instead of making an enhancement of the Web Dynpro Component or the Web Dynpro Component Configuration.
Regards.
Laurent.
