SRM ECS PO Ship To/Performance location change

Hi experts,

We are upgrading SRM 7.0 EHP1 and going to ECS scenario, the requirement is creating a shopping  cart for a plant A and PO is generated in SRM and copied to ECC, now we need to change the delivery address to a non plant/storage location address(Ship To/Performance location).

The problem is if there is no ship address in shopping cart then the ship to address detail is not opening up in PO for edit. does any one had this issue/scenario please share your thoughts

Hi Suresh,

You should not be able to order a shopping cart w/o a delivery address.Are you able to do that?

Yes we are able to create shopping cart without Delivery address with just Location and Storage Location

What is the SP level for your SRM 7.1 system?

Please check if the following notes are useful:

Else raise an OSS message with SAP.
