SRM Document locking issue.

Hello Gurus,

Can anyone help me resolving Document lock issue as stated below.

When User Trying to change SRM document and he/she clicks on close button in between by mistake, IF user wants to open that SRM document again it stays locked.

Giving the error message as below.

We checked in SM12 and this entry is still in lock.

It seems Browser is not getting refresh as expected.
