SRM digital signature raising signing error in Production system

The system of digital signing is working in the Quality and Development Systems. However even after transporting all program changes and customising to Production the signing functionality is not working in the Production system.

There are no application servers in DEV and Quality landscape. But production has two application servers through a load balancer. The only observed difference is protocol is HTTPS in the development and quality but HTTP in Production. The system is SRM 7.02

But it is always throwing an error "SIgning Error"

The error could not be replicated and when I got the same error I am posting the screen shot.

The error is coming one application server and in another application server it is shown as Page not found. I have attached both files one working in Development and other one not working in Production server. HHTPURLLOC is correctly maintained. The SMICM is having HTTPS in development but not in Production system. it is having only HTTP in Production.

Unable to debug as the BSP application with html.

Though single sign-on is active there is a prompt for login and password immediately after which the signing error comes.
