SRM Delivery Address how to change ADCR table

addr-shipt.jpgI am trying to update the ADCR table, but cannot figure out how to make it an editable field. Seems like it is linked to a structure. Under PPOMA_BBP our attribute delivery address ADDR_SHIPT is showing valid shipping addresses, but I need to add more to this list and cannot figure it out. I am very new to SRM and would like very detailed step by step instructions. I have read many posts, but cannot seem to get the same screens that are being listed in the other posts.

I am using SRM 7.0 Release notes 6.10

Please, read note 1689758, that describes how to create a new delivery address in SRM.
Actually its number is stored in table ADRC as soon as it is saved in portal as SRM admin.
