Hi All,
I have a Shopping cart which is in approved status.I want to delete the Shopping cart.
However through portal user is not able to do it.Is there a alternate way using FM or so we can do it?
I tried the Fm - BBP_PD_SC_DELETE but it completely deletes the record from SRM system...I want to have the SC data somewhere in the system.

Thank you for your reply...but the user is not able to delete the line items from Front end as the user is facing this particular error message(screenshot).I have checked in SM12 there are no locks for the user.So I was not sure how to proceed further.I thought atleast through backend try to delete the SC.

The ‘Approved’ Shopping Cart can be deleted, if all the items are deleted from the document.
If the Shopping Cart was ordered with Normal Scenario (not buy on behalf), only the Requester can delete the items from the Shopping Cart. If the order was created with by on behalf scenario, only the requester and the creator can delete the items from the document.
Such a deletion is a logical deletion hence the shopping cart and items will receive a deletion indicator. This document will remain in the system and it cannot be used for further purchasing, it can only be referenced for new shopping cart creation or by reporting.
For a physical deletion you can use the SRM archiving process.
