Dear Friends,
post upgarde of our SRM system from srm 7.0 Ehp1 to Ehp2.
When we try to add item in create PO mode in portal, we are not able to add internal Material/Service. But we are able to add Old shopping cart/Catalogue / Limit Item.
When we craete the Shopping Cart, we are able to add item and add internal material/services.
Is it some issues related to roles in portal / srm side.
Any inputs is most welcome.

Hi Arindam
As you are not sure on where the problem is i would suggest that you set a Trace for the User ID you are facing issue in Transaction ST01 and see if the problem is through a role.
In order to set up Trace.
1. Go To transaction ST01
2. Select Edit->Settings->Write to Database
3. Select Edit -> Filter->Shared and maintain User ID in Trace for User ID only.
4. Click Authorization Check box
5. Finally Click on Trace On
Now you can do your operation in EBP and post that switch off the trace and click on DB analysis there you should see if some Authorization Object is missing in the Role.
