SRM Contract Error: status and active flag in one item do not match

Hi,

We are unable to release one of the contract in SRM and we are getting the below error:

"Status and active flag in one item do not match"

There are around 60+ line items in the contract and I have checked all of them. The status of contract for each line item from portal front and in transaction bbp_pd looks fine.

Please suggest.

Hi, you may try to check wether the status of the item in the CRM_JEST table is according to item status at  BBP_PDIGP-ITM_RELEASED.

it means that the same item should have status I1143 in CRM_JEST when BBP_PDIGP-ITM_RELEASED = X.

sometimes the error you mention occur between the change version and the active version. In that case you need to modify the change version aligned with the active version, then save and then modify again.

Hi Yu,

Thank you for suggestion. I will check on SAP Notes. But is there any functional way to correct the issue for this particular case like checking any table entry and running any FM.

Worry is implementing Notes for one issue is not always suggested.

Please suggest.
