Hi,
We have a SRM 4.0 implementation with a cluster of 2 App Servers. When both the App Servers are running in the cluster, we periodically get a locking issue when editing and approving shopping carts. We also get this same locking issue when editing Bids. The error dialog box pops up in IE and the message says "The document is blocked by another user at the moment. Try again later"
When we shut down one of the App servers (and just have 1 of the App Servers running), this locking issue goes away. Does anyone know what's the root cause of this issue and how to resolve it?

Where is the ENQUEUE process running ? Both server or one of servers?
Is there any lock entries when you get the message?

1. Where is the ENQUEUE process running ?
>> The ENQUEUE process is running on 1 app server, the Central instance.
2. Both server or one of servers?
>> One server.
3. Is there any lock entries when you get the message?
>> In SM12, there are no lock entries when we get the error message.
