SRM Cfolder Attachment opening issue

Dear Friends,
We are facing a strange issue while opening Attachments of any Rfx. When we are clicking it it is asking for there option.
1. Open
2. Save
3. Save As
When I am selecting for Open then it is showing a message "Downloading from site: dev.com"
After some time (approx 1 - 2 min) it is throwing a pop up with user name and password, when we are providing these details then it is showing that attachment.
Can anyone provide some inputs, Why it is asking for login details and the long time for opening that document.

RFC and working well , cFolder is on the same client so I guess SSO should not be an issue.

check with your Basis team if SSO has been enabled between your SRM & Cfolder client.
