Also do we need to study MDM concepts in details for the exam ? ..

Hi Vinita,
I am afraid, those books are copyrighted materials, not eligible for free distribution. (it is a different matter, there are number of places where SAP materials are freely available ) Please do not ask me those links.
Hopefully, the above mentioned blog would handy for all your questions.
