SRM Catalog Price is not showing in shopping cart

Hello Experts,

We have issue in our SRM catalog page that the pricing information is not showing in shopping cart  when we add item to the cart in our production portal for all the catalogs. We checked UI configuration manager and OCI mapping everything, but we are not able to identified the issue, but same function is working fine in quality for the same catalog.

Hi Nagendran

Please check note as below can you confirm

1. If you are on latest patch ?It has this issue reported : 'Cannot transfer prices from catalog' .

2. Also try to restart the VMC and check the mapping related to Price , currency , price_unit and unit

Since its working in quality I would suggest it could be the last option which you should focus on .

Actually there was a search filed was missing in UI configuration page, now the issue got fixed.

Hi Experts,

Any of you face this issue before in shopping cart? since we are unable to find the root cause of this issue.

Please share the thoughts where might be the issues arises.
