hi,

srm purchase order automatic approval stuck on status "open (no decision made)" by system.

How can I kill the process?

When I trying to edit the order I get a message: "The document is still processing in the background, try again later".

Hello!

If the workflow is not yet finished, then you can try the custom report from the note:

1458380-Restart process controlled workflow by ADMIN

If the workflow instance is indeed completed, then in a test case you can try to release it using the SWO1 - Set released method

(Some hints in the blog: https://blogs.sap.com/2017/02/18/srm-workflow-troubleshooting/)

This however many times will cause the document to became inconsistent. The best resolution for these kind of documents is to create a fresh one replacing it and delete the faulty one.

Hope this can help you in resolving the issue.

Best Regards

Zoltán

hello,

Thanks for the answer, but I don't have an error in the purchase order, so it doesn't appear in the workflow.

It's just stuck

In this case if the workflow is in the completed status, then it is worth to place a breakpoint in the set release method in SWO1 and try to release the business object. Here you can see if there are any errors raised.

If this is the only occurrence of the problem then I would recommend to delete the PO and create a fresh one so any issues in the future can be avoided.
