SRM Archiving of SC/PO and Confirmation

Hello,

I need to Archive SRM transactional data in bulk. Documents can be archived only if the cycle is completed. SC marked as no further confirmation and Invoice. PO completed and confirmation. How can I retrieve from SRM based on these conditions.
