SRM:Alert for Approval Within a Deadline (The triggering application determined you as a recipient)

Hi All,

Below "Alert" mail is suddenly being delivered to users from yesterday.Not sure what could be the reason.Please let me know the root cause.It is happening once the SC is created and the "Alert" mail is being sent to the approvers associated with the shopping cart.This application has been running for more than 3 years first time encountering this issue.

No new changes have been moved from my end.

Resolution:

Please go to swu3 transaction deactivate the deadline monitoring and have the hours as"0" for the table BBPC_EVENT.
