SRM Add-ON UI / no responce to browser

Hi,

we have install and configured the UI5 add-on SP3  with the config guide except the cross catalog.

For a first test we tried to load the default.htm (http://....xxxxxxx....../sap/bc/bsp/srmnxp/shoppingcart/defaults.htm ) via firefox but after login the browser keeps on loading without any responce.

- The service ( / sap / bc / bsp / srmnxp / shoppingcart)  is activated.

- All gateway services are maintained as written in the config guide

- The gateway service itself is also active.

Any idea ?

Hi Bernd,

Did you able to resolve your issue? I am facing same issue after doing entire configuration can not start the base page from defaults.htm.
