Dear All,
We did recently a Support package upgrade and we noticed that users are no more able to access the catalog. When they click on the catalog link a blank page is displayed.
For some users when they delete Cookies the catalog works fine, for others not.
If the user opens the catalog in private mode,the catalog is correctly displayed.
Could you please help me getting the root cause of this issue?

Also, analysis of HTTPWatch traces can help identify the root cause.
