SRM 7 Ehp2 - MDM Catalog Patching after Installation ?

Hi,

this is my first installation of SRM 7 Ehp2 components on AIX/Oracle.

As per the master guide, I've installed the SRM Ehp2 SRM Server ABAP instance and patched to the latest available via the solution manager MOPZ process.

I've now installed the SRM-MDM Catalog 7.02 as per the master guide, but can't find any information in the installation guide or in the MDM documentation on how to patch the SRM-MDM Catalog installation.

During the SRM-MDM Catalog installation I selected only the following entry from the sapinst tool :-

SAP Installation Master --> SAP MDM Installation --> Central System --> Central System for SRM-MDM Catalog

This installed the Master Data Server & Master Data Import Server instances.

I now want to patch this to the latest available but on the service marketplace I find that the latest patch for SRM-MDM Catalog 7.02 is an SCA file :-

SRMMDMCAT06_1-20007352.SCA

Can anyone point me in the right direction ?.

hi can you please let me know does the SRM -MDM Catalog installation needs a separate SID and filesystem if yes what is the file system for the same
