SRM 7.1 PO not replicated to Backend ECC 6.0 Ehp 4

Hi SRM Gurus,

Whenever we created SC/PO for Products (from internal and service goods) in SRM system and same PO's are NOT getting transferred to R/3 system, We can able to order the PO's in SRM but Its not getting transferred to the R/3 system.

In SRM PO are showing the Order status.

Note: We could not get the RZ20 error message while ordering and Even RZ20 message is coming after executing FM# BBP_PD_PO_TRANSFER_EXEC

Please help to solve this issue.

Hi Shrini,

Please check if PO has properly completed status at workflow item? You can go to bbp_pd to see the workflow item ID and check it with SWI1.

Also, in bbp_pd you can see the PO status. Transferred PO will have value In Transfer to Execution Syst.: X (Inactive)

two place to check.

1. in SRM FM B46B_DPO_TRANSFER which calls BBP_PO_INBOUND in ECC

2. in ECC FM BBP_PO_INBOUND.

check what is the outcome of this.. and check if your PO is atleast reaching till this point or not.

Kindly check the xml status here in sxi_monitor for the PO transfer from SRM to ERP.

PurchaseOrderERPRequest_In_V1 is the interface you will see in the ERP system for the successful transfer for PO.
