SRM 7.03 - Shopping Carts not created/visible in system after ordering

Hello All,

We have a strange issue currently in one of our implementations in SRM 7.03.

The shopping carts we have created does not show up in POWL neither they can be found in BBP_PD.

The shopping carts are successfully ordered in the three step creation.

would be grateful for any hints about where to start.

Hi Gopi,

Check this note, this describes the same symptoms that you are seeing.

2152261 - Dump POSTING_ILLEGAL_STATEMENT occurs after ordering shopping cart

Resolution

Apply SAP_BASIS note 2119212 (valid to SAP_BASIS 740)

Thank you Venkat,

The note resolved the issue. It was a problem with the Basis component.

The note had so many per-requisites and manual implementations but it works.
