SRM 7.01 Custom field in Shopping Cart source of supply tab gets refreshed

Hi All,

We have a requirement to add two custom fields "Ordering address" and "Good Supplier" to be added to the SOS in item details screen.

I have added the fields to the webdynpro view. Added the field to the context SUP->ITEM_BASIC_DATA and I am able to see the fields on the screen.

But the value selected/added into these fields disappears when we go to any other tab or click on check.

Also the values is not getting saved into the database.

Request you all to help me resolve this issue.

The same issue has been raised earlier but I could not find a solution for that in the forum.

Please help me.

Hi,

First please make sure the custom fields exist in database table level.

Meanwhile please check if the following two notes are applied:

2411711 - Custom filed getting cleared in Limit SC
1229796 - SOS.CUF not transferred to FM META_SOURCEDETER_GETSOS_MULTI
