Hello SRM,

Needs inputs on challenges faced in SRM 7.0 to EHp1 Upgrade

Please share issues, before and after upgade.

Hi Vinod,

Listing some of the issues that usually crop up after upgrade from SRM 7.0 to Ehp1

1. You may need to reschedule some of the jobs as variant may get deleted

2. Webdynpro screen changes may get lost

3. Smartform configuration in SRM may get disturbed

4. POWL selection criteria may need to be reset

Thanks for your inputs. do you have any challenges in upgrade phase, like SPAU /SPDD

Basis challenges ?

Hi Vinod,

Absolutely no challenges from Basis side or even in SPAU/SPDD. Basis will take around 1 day to upgrade the system

Hi,

We didn't find any substential functionlity issues after upgrade from SRM 7.0 to SRM 7.0 EHP 1.

Though we have a good testing team.
