SRM 7.0 SP9 Shopping Cart approval page

Is there only one shopping cart approval page available with SRM 7.0? We are in the middle of upgrading to SRM 7.0 SP9 and the approval screen we see is the one with the reject and approve radio button and then submit button to carry out the action.

Is there another option availabe that has approve and reject buttons w/out then having to expand the details of the shopping cart after approving?

Hello Judy,

There are four decision types possible for SC approval.

1. Decision for Entire Document

2. Item based decision for entire document

3. Overall decision of partial document

4. Item based decidion for partial document

Radio buttons at line item indicate you are using the item based approvals, decision for entire document would have buttons on the header to approve/reject. Though its a business decision on how the shopping carts would be approved, depending on the requirement we can choose the right decision type.

Hello Judy,

Please find the SPRO path:

SRM Server- Cross-Application Basic Settings - Business Workflow- Process-Controlled Workflow- Business Process Configuration- Define Process Levels- BUS2121- Process schema definition

Select the process level schema & in process level configuration you will be able to select the decision type.
