SRM 7.0 SC Aproval workflow issue

Hi,

Here is our isue.

We have created a SC and ordered it, Now the SC ststus is showing as Awaiting approval and an APPROVER name is available in the processor field.

But this SC is not available in the APPROVER's worlist to approve the SC.

The status of the SC is still in Valid(can be started)

Can anybody help on this.

Hi,

Please check if the TS40007953 is general task in PFTC transaction. Additional data -> Agent Assignment -> Display.

If it is not general task, that means you have not executed basic workflow customizing. Go to IMG and execute the basic workflow customizing.
