Dear All,

We have a issue in production, where a user is unable to serach for the shopping cart created by him.

The strange part is only few shopping carts are not getting displayed in the std active queires for shopping cart.

The same shopping cart can be found through advanced serach.

We are unable to find the root cause. Having raised to SAP OSS, SAP is asking for credentials of the user . But we cant provide that.

Having no clue, how to solve the issue.

We had used POWL_D01 in Se38 to delete the queries from database, to ensure there is no cache issue . but there is not change in the output.

Request experts to provide insight into the root cause and the solution.

Regards

harish

Hi,

Make sure that in the POWL definition (POWL_QUERY - parameters) the field: "Include completed shopping carts" is marked.

Kind regards,

Hi,

Check the note 1393721 and report POWL_D01.

The problem was due to a BADI BBP_WFL_LIST which was activated and had wrong coding logic.

Hello Harish

Remember that even the standard queries provided on SRM screen can be changed by a user. Be sure to uncollapse the search criteria to be sure that SC will match it.

For example: Searching for SAVED documents won't list your saved SC. But if you uncollapse the search, you can see that you are only searching for TODAY timefrime, while SC is 3 days old.

Also, check this document on BBP_PD: maybe it is in error? What are the document statuses? Compare it's data to the search criteria to be sure it SHOULD be listed on POWL!

I hope this information helps.
