SRM 7.0 is compatible to IE 8

Dear All,

can any one tell me that SRM 7.0 is compatible to IE 8 .

if it has any issue that tell me all issues.

Sandeep,

SRM7.0 with IE8 has some issues opening external catalogs. For this apply OSS note 1456162 and then maintain IE settings as per note 1427561 mentioned by Ricardo. Then you should be fine.

Hello,

SRM 7.0 and IE8 are compatible according information available in service.sap.com/pam.

Main issues are related to "internet option" session available in IE8. Some settings need to be configured there.

One example is mentioned in note 1427561.

Hi,

You can check all compatible browsers at the SAP Service MarketPlace website.

-> Support Portal

-> Release & Upgrade Info

-> Product Availablilty Matrix

-> Search for SRM and then click on SRM 7.0

-> Here you will see a tab called 'Web Brower Platforms" where you can see the list of supported IE's for this SRM release.
