Hi Gurus,
We are on SRM 7.0, ehp1. I have a problem while creating the "Confirmation" or "Invoice" , the PO is not showing up and it says "No documents correspond to search criteria".
We are on extended classic scenario, the PO has been created and posted successfully in ECC. If I type in the PO# manually, then it says "The Purchase Ordr xxxxxxxx does not exist". Am I missing any settings? I have given almost all the roles to the User ID.
Appreciate your help on this. Thanks!

Hi,
I believe you are trying to create confirmation in SRM. Kindly confirm.
Please check your extended search option where you would have maintained some entries; may be this could be the reason for you to get the message. Also please check whether GR check box is ticked or not in the PO line item of ECC or check whether Confirmation required check box is activated or not in SRM PO.
Thanks

Hi Harsha,
I asked you to check the extended search values in confirmation link.
In the initial screen of confirmation, you have two options form the drop down to select either Display confirmation or Create confirmation.
Once you select the create confimation optionj, you will have to provide PO number as input. Is it correct ?
IN this screen, you have extended search option (link). Kindly check here is there any value available to stopping you in showing your required purchase order.
I hope the above information is very helpful to you.
Thanks
Rajesh K
Hi Rajesh,
I'm on SRM 7.0 - EHP1, here i don't have the options like create/display confirmations on the same screen. To create i have a link and that one directly asks me for the PO# or I have the option to search for the PO#, unfortunately the PO# is not getting pulled here at all.
There is a link for 'Advance search' which pulls all the POs.
Are you talking about the 'ext.search' in SRM 7.0 ? Pls clarify. Thanks!
Hi,
Sorry, I was referring the extended search in SRM 5.0 . However, advanced search is equal to extended search.
Kindly check is there any value (which is defaulted) in Advanced search link.
What is the current status of PO ? is it in Ordered ? Please check. If it is in Awaiting approval, then that could be the issue.
Thanks
Rajesh K
