SRM 7.0 EHP 4 - Purchase Contract - Process output automatically

Is it possible to trigger the output (email / fax / print) for purchase contract automatically when the status of the Contract is released.

Please check the following SAP Note: 2294842 - Contract Output

This Note should be implemented for generating Output automatically when Contracts are released (and approval cycle finishes).
