SRM 7.0 and IE 8 issues

Dear All,

we have a application that sells products. one of our customer access our application through sap OCI.

ealier he uses SRM 5.0 and IE8 , that works fine.

now he upgrade his SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.0 and use IE8.

he can access our application, after adding product in cart and submitting form. he don't get submitted form

data back to SRM 7.0.

when he use SRM 7.0 and IE 6 everything is working fine. but abow problem comes with SRM 7.0 and IE8.

please reply me asap that what are the issues SRM 7.0 with IE 8.

Hey Sandeep,

Please clearing Cache, cookies and all history data. We were also facing same issue with IE7 and raised an OSS Msg with SAP. Later it got resolved by clearing all IE Temp file related data. Hope this help you as well.

Hi,

SRM-MDM catalog 3.0 does not support IE8.0.

Please check with SAP for lastest update.
