spend approval and PBS approval

hi,

There are two approval processes in SRM, one is PBS approval and another one is Spend Approval. Can anyone tell me about these two processes ?when they are used and what is the diff between them?

Hi Masa,

In our system if the SC is more than 50k pound, then it is subjected to PBS approval. The PBS approvers are derived from material groups.BUt i must admit that i dont know its full form.

Hi,

Each customer has own approval rule. I'm sure you can ask your internal IT.

If you give us workflow template name, we can guess the usage.
