Hi All,
When creating guided souring template for RFP, some of the timing rules like below are editable only if i choose bidding rule "Must participant improve their bids" to Yes. But in Classic sourcing template, below timing rules are editable irrespective of the value defined for bidding rule "Must participant improve their bids" as either "yes" or "No"
1.Set a review period after lot or item closes.
2.Allow bidding overtime.
3.Estimated Award Date.
4.Specify how lot bidding will begin and end.
I would like to know that this is standard behavior and reason for this. Any document reference will be helpful.
Thanks

Hello
fyi - we have the same issue for another rule "Show calculated value of competitive term before participant submits bid" which in Guided Sourcing also only becomes editable if rule "Must participants improve their bids" is set to "yes".
We created a ticket for it, asking for reason or get it corrected. The ticket is still in process.
