Sourcing Event template: Unable to see the rule Hide award info from participants

Hello,

could any of you send me some indication about the following topic?

I am unable to find the "Hide award info from participants" option in the Sourcing Event market feedback rules.

Thank you Melissa, I've followed the steps but still, the "hide award Info" option is not visible. I will ask for technical support.

Hello Olaf,

Yes, there are some prerequisites.

1. You must be a member of the global Template Creator group or the template project’s Templates Creator team to create or edit templates.
2. You will need to create a new version of the template if the delegation is not visible on the current event.
3. You must also be a member of one of the following groups:

● Category Manager
● Commodity Manager
● Event Administrator (access to this group must be approved by the SAP Ariba Market Coordination Team)
● Limited Event Administrator (access to this group must be approved by the SAP Ariba Market Coordination
Team)
● Procurement Agent
● Sourcing Agent
● Junior Sourcing Agent
● Sourcing Approver

Configuration:

1. Open an event template for editing or an event for which the template author has delegated the rule for hiding award information.

2. Navigate to the Rules for the event. In the Market Feedback section, select Yes for Hide award info.

When the Hide award info rule is enabled for an event:
● The View Awards and Download Award Summary tabs are not visible to participants (suppliers). These tabs can contain award details that you do not want to disclose to participants, such as the percentage of the total spend awarded to the participant.
● Participants do not receive award notifications. The Send Emails to Awarded Participants, Send Emails to Non-Awarded Participants, and Customize Award Emails options are not visible to event administrators.

If you still do not see "Hide award Info" despite the above prerequisites and steps being fulfilled, this would indicate an issue with [CUP-19414]: Suppress supplier RFX award indicators and emails which would require DSC and technical support.
