Sourcing Event Report with Removed Responses

Good Day!

Can anyone please confirm to me if there's a way to include the removed response on the latest event report?

Their business process scenario is that, user will run an initial event (envelope bidding), then evaluate participant's responses and if they determine that it will still require a best final offer... they will edit the event (they may invite additional participants or remove some) republished; and since they already have those envelope open they will always select the DO NOT KEEP, AND EMAIL option so they can reopen the event. Hence, the initial responses of the initial invited participants are not available for report extraction.
